With hundreds of creative Architecture and Interior projects, our Designers have the unique flexibility to immerse themselves in a myriad of project types including but not limited to: office buildings, mixed-use, student housing, corporate interiors and hospitality projects nationally. We are currently accepting resumes and interviewing for the following position:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in producing construction documents for medium to large scale commercial office projects, multi-family projects, or retail projects – shell building and/or interior architecture.
Licensure not required.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either Architecture or Interior Design.
Proficiency in REVIT, ACAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and SketchUp.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to lead project team from design through construction administration. Project management experience is not required, but is beneficial.
Thorough understanding of building codes and local development codes.
Ability to mentor other staff members.
Strong sense of design.
Ability to write and review project specifications is not a required skill but would be considered a plus.
Assist with project development during the design process.
Lead a project team from schematic design through construction administrations.
Development and completion of construction documents, including detailing of all systems and components.
Review and coordinate all project consultants.
Prepare code review summary, including meetings/communication with the appropriate City officials to resolve issues.
Maintain and build relationships with clients.
