Featured Interior Design Projects
Part dormitory, part resort complex, Vista del Sol marks a new generation of private student housing that is rich with amenities as well as convenience, given its location on the campus of Arizona State University.
The college’s faculty wanted to create a collegiate environment while still maintaining a youthful atmosphere. They made this project unique by giving the attending students the opportunity to voice their needs and wants regarding the new facility.
The goal of the project was to fit the existing corporate culture into an existing lease space and make modifications in order to help brand the new tenant and remove the stigma of the original high profile occupant.
Callaway VillasThe Callaway tradition continues with the Callaway Villas, luxury town home style apartments. Offering extensive resort style amenities and the high-level of customer service that you demand, the Callaway Villas is the new standard in student living.
American Campus Communities Corporate Office
American Campus Communities first came to Sixth River Architects through a relationship with their tenant representation broker. We were asked to assist in their corporate relocation from a downtown office high-rise to a suburban class A building.
The Austin skyline is racing for the clouds, & nestled beneath the grandeur of our city’s most impressive high-rise condominium development, a historic Austin classic elegantly houses the 360 Condominium Sales Office.
