Listen + Learn + Our Expertise = Great Designs

Our creative process is firmly rooted in the ideal that listening is a cornerstone of great design. By truly understanding the needs, wants and goals of our clients, we provide results that exceed expectations, aesthetically and operationally, while achieving our client’s business goals and objectives.

Featured Architecture Projects

Austin Music Hall

Our start was to make a mundane, converted warehouse a little more attractive and a little more acoustically sound (pardon the pun). The project grew from a simple cosmetic renovation to the complete reinvention of a great icon in the “Live Music Capital of the World.” No small feat conjuring a host of seemingly impossible contradictions: stone, brick, concrete masonry, and even terra cotta pipe, helped our team to find answers to our questions.

Arboretum Park

A long-term client asked us to help create an 18,000 square foot neighborhood center with opportunities for shopping and offices that would also serve as the focal entrance to a new community of 39 homes.

Midtown Medical Office Campus

Sixthriver Architects has developed a solid relationship with HTH Capital, a healthcare developer, over the recent years while working on various projects in the neighborhood of 38th Street and Lamar Boulevard in Austin, Texas.

Girl Scouts Lonestar Council – Camp Texlake

Sixthriver Architects was hired to do site-planning and building design for a primary dining facility for 400 campers at a Girl Scouts summer camp and conference center.
